Andre: "The first thing you need to do is invest in yourself. Get some education. Get some mindset education. Look at different ways that you can learn and grow. You're listening to podcasts, that's one thing that's great. Getting a coach would also be something that's pretty good. You need accountability."
Andre: "Doubt and fear, when I start to have that doubt and that fear, I know that that's where I have to go. And the reason I don't want to go there generally is because I'm a little bit uncertain on what the outcome can be. But when that fear is there and the uncertainty is there, that's where I have to go."
Andre: "Find a mentor. Find somebody that you can go to and you can just have conversations with and, oftentimes, those mentors that are out there, they don't realize they're mentoring you. Sometimes they're just talking with you or sometimes they'll even push back."
Andre: "We have to go after our dreams in ways that most people aren't willing to. If you want to have the life that's in your mind that you feel you deserve and that you should have, you have to do things that other people aren't doing."
